PostSubject: Team Rules & Etiquette   Wed Dec 03, 2008 1:36 am

Team Etiquette:

As a member of this team you are expected to be active, communicative, & respectful with/towards all members of the team. We run the team based on class, communication, respect, & teamwork.

Common Courtesy is to respond to pm's that are sent to you from GM's, Coordinators, or myself, the owner. While I cannot force you to do this, I'm sternly suggesting to do so.

I've put some serious thought into this, and I felt it necessary to compile a few rules for 'existing' on this team. They're not complicated rules and their not real strict, but they are necessary and they are required.

1. If you are a starter, YOU MUST remain Active and communicate with your respective coordinator, this includes posting to let the coordinator know that your tactic settings are properly set.

If you are a starter and you go inactive , you could be in jeopardy of losing your starting Job. EVERYONE is subject to this rule, regardless of how many others play at your position.

*if you know ahead of time you're going to be inactive for a legit reason, please notify a GM & and me, and let us know*

2. Registration for the Team Forum. I made it for improved quality communication, I urge you to use it, it is now required.

3. ALL Complaints, problems, concerns, suggestions, etc. Should be taken care of in a classy, respectful manner, we don't need drama and no one is 'out to get you'. Contact a GM or a Coordinator AND me, we'll see what we can do.

4. If you're a GM or Coordinator, communication lines need to be open at all times (this only pertains to when you're actually online, not 24/7) It is highly suggested that ALL team members make some sort of line of communication available, this may mean downloading aim, which takes about 60 seconds and really won't hamper your PC performance at all.
